Shriners Screening & Sports PE Clinic

FreeFriendship Lodge No 84 and Hagerstown Shriners are hosting a free Shriners Screening & Sports PE clinic on 18 June 2022 at Friendship Lodge No 84’s new location, (70 E. Washington St, Hagerstown, MD 21740).
Parents and caregivers are invited to bring their children to the free screening clinic. We will have Physicians and Nurse Practitioners at the lodge from 10am. to 3pm. The medical providers can look at medical concerns including bone, muscle and joint problems as well as burn scars and cleft lips or palate. Please complete “Sports PE” forms before your arrival.
